I got a few new ones from the Spartan Beast this weekend in Killington! Was anybody else there?

Yes, I stuck it!

I finished in 6 hours and 8 minutes. Good for 688th place out of the 5,000+ to start on Saturday.

I was dealing with a very painful right knee for the 2nd half of the race as well as some cramping issues during the whole 2nd half. I told myself I was never doing another while on the course. But now that I see my time, I want to actually train harder and try to get in the top 100 next year. We shall see.

Well here is a picture of me.... Today I reached the 6 month mark without shaving my face (little trimming of the mustache, sides and neck) other than that I am pretty much letting it grow for one full year!
