I just ordered a mushroom top to help with the wet, clumping snow here:

I will be combining that with a pre-filter on my AEM air filter.

That one looks like the ARB head. As far as I know that one is only 3". You could always make an adapter.

I've driven in some pretty heavy snow for hours on end. I only end up with a little packing towards the back of the snorkel and some water in the Volant box (nothing above the ram-air plug). I run a pre-filter on my dry filter to bead off any water that may occasionally make it in. When the weather warms up, I just pop the top off the Volant box and soak up what little water may be in the bottom with paper towel.
