ECU successfully relocated... now how do I seal the firewall hole?

I just finished moving my ECU to inside the cabin as part of my truck waterproofing and I put all the ECU wires through an existing firewall hole but now I'm not sure how to seal the spaces since any normal firewall boot or grommet wont work. The best idea I could come up with is that fire retardant Good Stuff expanding foam. Anyone have any better ideas?

I'll make a how-to on the ECU move but it was a pain to move it. I had to be really careful cause the only other people who moved it was Team Xterra and their truck didn't start up after the move and they had to get an aftermarket ECU. It'll be a lot easier for anyone following the how-to cause they won't have to go through a lot of trouble figuring out how to do it in the first place.

The holes are less than an inch but they're just weird shaped cause its 3 large wire bundles going through a 3" diameter circle. I got a Mean Green alternator with sealed bearings so it shouldnt go out cause the bearings are the cause of the dead OEM alternators. I'm also getting a snorkel and sealing the stock airbox with peelable RTV silicone http://www.siliconesolutions.com/ss-38.html. I'm also looking into waterproofing the distributor as some of the jeep guys have done this but I'm not sure if this is necessary for our trucks.

... also, sealed bearings can still succumb to water/debris intrusion; it's just less likely than open (or shielded) bearings. Rotating assemblies are notoriously hard to seal.
