alright so not picking up the m226 this weekend, seller is going to ship it next friday instead. But! Good news is, the dealership didnt cut the ABS lines! So I am pretty much recovering the shipping cost in ABS lines alone! Woo!

NICE. it's ridiculous to me that the abs lines are cut so often.

Anyone able to clear up that clip question on the E-Brake? I am assuming I can just push those back in. I assume there's a reason it was done, I want to make sure I check everything I need to before pushing thsoe back in.

Welp. Everything is ordered. This pushes the Titan swap back a bit now that funds are maxed out. I decided to go with B pipes instead of buying the new secondary cats, cause those are just outrageous for the price. I am going to hold on to my old ones just in case I run into an issue with emissions. But they don't do visual here, just OBD scan. The only thing I haven't ordered are the downstream sensors. Parts list is:

Well, she's in the garage on stands. Taking rachel into work everyday this week and then heading downtown. I would like to get home and wrench it here and there, but I dont think I'll get around to that honestly. Just going to be so busy the next few days with Xmas family stuff. I'm going to leave an Xmas party Saturday around 3pm and try to get everything done by Sunday. Just hope I dont run into any snags, I'm not fond of driving the Corolla over the Xterra. Yeah the gas mileage is nice, but being able to see over a any car on the road is now something I've taken for granted.

SOAK THE EVERLOVIN HELL OUT OF YOUR BOLTS WITH PB BLASTER. once in the morning, and again before bed.

and i feel you on missing being able to see over all the other cars. In the saturn, i feel like I'm sitting on the ground!

Alright, weekly update. Gas mileage is finally back to normal. Took a few days. Thank god. I am not going to attempt to measure it by any means, but performance gains are noticeable over the previous stock setup. Could have been the ECU tune there at the end getting all screwed up. But with the new plugs, IMS, headers and cat back it definitely has more pep around town. Debating picking up a Bullydog to round it all out, but I realllly need to pay down the CC's I just put all this crap on. Overall, I am very satisfied with the performance side of the upgrades.

welp. Blower motor is going out. Stopped working today when I was running errands. Went to go trouble shoot it in the garage (fuses) and it worked again. Making all kinds of noise so it's on its way out. Going to hopefully find one locally, doubt it, so I can get it done today. Looks like a pretty easy install.

yeah, that blower motor is super easy to swap. Mine is going out again. I got a used one on here for pretty cheap. now it's sounding horrible again...

Autozone had one for $100.00 out the door. Cheaper maybe if you get free shipping online, but I wanted it this weekend. Going to be way to cold this week to wait for one to ship in.
