I have a 2010 Xrerra, I bought a pigtail to plug into the trailer wiring connection on the back of the drivers side, ,all was good, now the taillights on the trailer won't work, Idon't seem to begetting any voltage to the oem connector any suggestions?
You know, I had the same problem on my Frontier. Plugged in the OEM harness & relay harness that was in the kit I bought from Nissan and everything worked except the taillights when plugged into my boat trailer harness. After a lot of testing by my friend, who is a former Nissan technician, I eventually ran a separate wire from the harness to the license plate light wire and now the lights work fine.

On another note, I was airing my tires back up after wheeling yesterday and think I popped a fuse to the power socket inside the center console. I pulled every fuse under the hood and none were blown. Any idea where the fuse is for that particular socket? Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you very much. I was not even aware of that fuse panel and I have owned 2 Xterras prior to this. Glad the Frontier is basically an X with a bed on it.

I noticed the fuse that came out was a stubby type and the spare fuses had prongs on them. So I pulled the one for the woofer out (same amperage as the power socket) and used it since I don't have the RF system in my truck.

Again, thanks for the help. My Xterra family comes through once again.
