That is not a special kit to install. It is basically installing struts, brake lines, LCA camber bolts, UCAs in the front and leaf packs, shocks, and brake lines in the rear. I did all of this myself with Bilstein's versus the MKII coilovers and I am NOT a mechanic but have a lot of experience turning wrenches. The one mechanic who turned down the work might make higher profit margins on quantity of simple jobs like oil changes so not worth it for him.

The price seems a little high, but I spent over 20 hours doing the work myself so maybe not so out of line. Plus I had to still pay $120 for the alignment.

I agree...
After speaking with some shop friend mechanics and o e other shop.....price is more than fair..plus I know the boys there..so its booked for next Wednesday..
Guys thanks for all the good advice as always, I appreciate it.
Knowing that it is done right definitely has value... even more when you are in the middle of no where. Enjoy the lift and let us know how the new coilovers treat you. I am looking at those for my titan swap.
