Do you have at least on inch of clearance? You are going to use that up. If the tires rub now (or very close to it) Going to a tire 2" larger isn't going to clear.

Clearance isn't height dictated. The rear of the wheel well (where your toes go) is where it rubs. Going 2" up doesn't really do anything for the for/aft clearance issue.
