I am in the process of gathering all the parts for the titan suspension for the front end. My 07 Xterra has 170k miles on it. I’d like to swap in a 14 bolt FF in the rear as part of the titan suspension. The question I have is how do I match the 8 lug wheel bolt pattern on the front of the Xterra ?
I don’t want to use adapters.

8-lug unibearings do exist. As for fitting them to the Titan knuckles, probably need to spend time with the Timken bearing catalog. At which point you will have a bigger challenge trying to piece together brakes.

You might be able to track down some NV3500 8-lug 4WD conversion bearings.Maybe the whole knuckles so you get brakes as well.

Or the simple 6 to 8 lug conversion wheel spacers.
