Been planning this for awhile. Goal was to get max wheel travel (flex) and be completly bolt-on. Here's where we are now.
2005 Xterra off-road, 6 sp.
Procomp 6" Titan lift kit
Radflo 2.5" remote res coilovers
PRG tie rod extensions
PRG Titan UCA
Titan front diff, axles, hubs, calipers
Stillen rotors and pads
u-bolt flip (some grinding required)) uses Titan spring plates and 9/16 u-bolts
New Deaver/PRG 3" lift 2 leaf AAL
Radflo 2.0 remote res rear shocks
PRG shackles
Timbren bumpstops
OMF Beadlock wheels and BFG 315/70-17 tires. (soon to be black or blue rings)
1.5" Wheel adaptors/spacers in the rear
9.5" travel in front, 9.5" in the rear (6/7 stock)
Still need to get a Titan master cylinder, Titan swaybar and CST heim end-links. Again, no cutting at all and can go 100% back to stock. Yes there is a 5% mismatch in the front and rear gearing, but in the dirt it is not noticable.
