Everyone-

Do new front wheel bearings come with the ABS sensor or do you have to use the existing one?

I replaced the wheel bearing and I remember breaking the connection on the bearing side. I was able to fix it but now the connection is totally shot, but I don't know why I would have used the OLD connection if there was a NEW connection provide with the bearing.

The reason I ask is that a new cable is $85.00 VS the whole bearing that is $130, might as well get a backup bearing if that's the case. It if does NOT come with the cable I'll just get the cable itself.

Thank you

Our 2nd gens have "hub assemblies" that come with the wheel bearing correctly pressed into place, wheel studs, abs sensor, etc; they are not like the 1st gens. If you go with a "aftermarket" timken hub assembly it will come with a new sensor as well and run around $110 or so on Amazon. Timken is OEM so you're good to go without having to pay stealership prices.
