Ok, I have the day off for Labor Day. I have Top Gun spacers and AC shackles in the back of the Xterra.
So, I say to myself, this would be a good day to install my lift........
After 6 hours and lots of problems, it is finally done!!!!!! The funny thing is, I thought I would have the most problems with the shackles, but they were simple to install.
The instructions for the spacers said it take less than an hour...., hahaha!!! They took the longest cause I couldn't get the bottom strut bolt loose. And then I had 1, only 1 nut to put on for the front sway bar and I had boogered up the thread on the very end of the bolt and couldn't get the nut back on. So, I had to take the bolt out and cut off some of the bolt to get the nut back on... ( there were more issues that I care not to talk about....)
And many, many, many thanks to mcampana for answering his phone the 3 times I called him today to ask questions!!!! Thanks again Mark, I appreciate your friendship!!!!!
So, enjoy the pics of the finished product.. I am very happy with the way the lift turned out. I drove it around tonite and didn't get any UCA contact.. But, who knows, I may get it later??
