Coal- what source did you use to power your CB? 12V power outlet? Tap into another wire under dash?

I really don't want to use the 12v outlet, since I use them for other things.

That is what I did, I think Coal is going the outlet route.

Be cautious where you draw power and ground because it can result in some serious interference if you have aftermarket HID's or various other things.

I'm going to run it via 12v outlet. I don't use mine for anything else since my headunit charges/connects my ipod it just sits in the glove box.

We should plan a fall off-season beach run to OBX. I haven't drove a 4x4 down there since my high school years. I miss it!

True about Corolla...however, you need a permit year round for anywhere that falls under Cape Hatteras National Seashore now.

I am man, you just have to do the melt mod, its no biggie. Either use a torch or one of those heat guns and you are good. I am running the 1.5s like Tom.
