I began to notice a few days ago there being a puddle underneath my X. When I look under I see a wet spot in the very front middle of the muffler where water is dripping out.

As I posted on XOC. I too have notice more water, but I am thinking it is due to the winter blend gas that is common in the Northeast.

That and the hot air inside and cold air outside. I think.

I get it all the time, especially on short trips.

There's a actually a small weep hole in your muffler designed to let the condensation escape to prevent corrosion.
Bingo! And when the temps change, you get more of this, same thing happens inside your gas tank, so that is why it's good to keep it on the full side, = less water to form in tank. Mufflers make more because they heat up and cool down so much. MC
