Hello!

1. When I start my Xterra, the Diff Lock and VDC lights come on
2. After driving for a bit, the Diff Lock light goes off and the ABS and Slip lights come on. VDC also stays on
3. I've run my scan and no codes come up

Has anyone else had this happen and have you been able to diagnose the cause?

• The IPDM is black (newer?)
• I ran the IPDM test and everything seemed fine
• No idea how to check my grounds. I do not have any tools for checking electrical

You can start by checking them for corrosion or looseness.

Typically this is caused by a bad ground causing the system to basically brown out and reset.

I would start by checking and cleaning the negative battery terminal.
