So the dealer wanted $30 to rotate my tires. I called Discount Tires and they offered to do it for FREE, even though I didn't purchase my tires from them.

My question: anything they need to know about TPMS? Does TPMS re-sync or what.

Nope, no problems with the pressure system. The monitors don't care which corner they are at.

Just remember, it's a 4wd vehicle, make sure they don't cross rotate the tires.

Front to rear, rear to front.

And you(they) need to know(it's in the owners manual) that it's a 4-tire rotation. The spare tire doesn't get used in the rotation.

I have heard this before but what is the logic/reasoning behind it?

BFG recommends pushing Front to Rear, cross Rear to Front...If ya have BFG's....

Look to the right side and click the player on "how to rotate".....

As for the TPMS, the computer knows the ID of each sensor. It doesn't matter the location of the wheels, as long as all 4 of them are on the vehicle. If you use the spare, the TPMS light will light up.

Tire rotation: Owners manual says front to back - no crossing, no spare.
