Things to Replace when Swapping in a New Engine

I have a 2006 Nissan Xterra Off-Road with a blown motor (had 179k) I recently purchased an engine out of a 2015 Nissan Frontier with 48K to replace it with. My question is what should I replace before installing the new motor? Here is what I have so far to replace.

• Oil pressure sensor switch
• Valve cover gaskets
• Spark plugs & coil packs
• Thermostat & gasket
• Front motor mounts
• Water pump & gaskets
• Exhaust manifold gasket
• Intake manifold gasket set
• Oil pan gasket
• Serpentine belt
• Front crank shaft seal
• Rear main seal

Anything else you guys can think of that would be smart to replace before putting in the new motor? TIA guys!!
