I am tempted to try and contact Teraflex for multiple items needed for the nextGenX.
It looks like this is a SERIOUS source of heavy duty offroad parts (mostly for jeeps) that includes differential lockers, suspension lift kits, etc.
It would be cool if we could get them interested in designing & building version(s) of their "T-Locker" for all of the next gen Xterras (S, OR, SE, X) - even a front locker (or better yet, a much beefed up front differential optimized / adjustable for suspension lifts and with a locker).
Don't know if the Xterra offroading community is big enough to support the costs of NRE and prototyping in a final production price, but it would be nice to see.
