Is this the same switch that others have that fit in the factory location? I tried looking on ebay but couldnt find it.

That looks like a switch that someone is using on this forum (not sure) and they look really nice, and fit very flush to the dash...
but if you want more of an assortment of switches that also fit in the dash panel take a look at these.

The switch that I use is:

Its a Hella/Toyota switch...not sure of the part number. If you look around you should be able to find it as I have posted it before.

Fits perfectly in dash.

There's also a more factory looking option. Any Lowes or Home Depot will carry switches that look exactly like the ones above, but with no white print and no lights. This is what I prefer.
