Well I FINALLY got my lift in! Front PRG spacers & bumpstops w/ NISMO Bilsteins and coils, rear PRG 5125 Bilsteins and Deaver AAL. Absolutely love it! The look, the ride...everything is phenomenal! The only thing is I think I have developed an even more sever case of the mod-bug...those 265/75/16 BFG ATs are starting to look a little too small...hmmmm...

Yep, definitely need bigger tires! Looking good, though. How much did that stuff set you back if you don't mind my asking?

That's not too bad at all! Did you buy the stuff new or used? Seems like a good deal. If you get bilsteins to lower a car it's more than that for just shocks generally.

How is the ride on the street compared to stock?

I have a totally stupid question about this lift.

Is it a suspension lift or a body lift? I know what the end result of each is -
Body lift lifts the body creating more clearance between the tires and body.
A suspension lift creates more clearance?

Some one help me understand, I am new to this mod.

that would be a suspension lift....it modifies the suspension

a body lift would involve swapping out the body mounts with larger ones to increase the distance between the body of the truck and the frame

The price was definitely a great deal, Greg (PRG) really hooked me up on the price, as well as tons and tons of tips and knowledge on my setup. Bought it all new except for the front NISMO Bilsteins (complete NISMO shock and coil setup from 07 Fronty), got those off of a guy from the Frontier forum for $55. They had about 10k miles, not too bad especially since I'm using these just to hold me over until I can afford Radflos come the end of the year. The NISMOS do provide a little lift up front, only about an 1" I believe, but combined with the spacers I'm clearing about 2" and then 3" in the rear from the Bilsteins and Deavers. I absolutely love the ride, totally smooth. Only thing is if I hit a major pothole I get a little bit of coil bucket contact, but from what I hear that is to be expected when using spacers.

what is the overload leaf? The flat short spring that is on the very bottom of the leaf pack?

Usually here in red, am I correct?
