Are you talking the front or rear swaybar?
If it's the front, they cost $15 each (the right and left are different) at the dealer.
You can replace them without taking off the wheels or even jackin it up. Just turn the wheels. You will need a 17mm open end wrench and another 17mm wrench or socket. A slim open end wrench is best but not needed, it will just be hard to get out from behind the swaybar.
If you are talking about the rear, just remove the entire sway bar.
