Keep seeing you at work in the Annapolis Junction area. Definitely a Pro-4X with ARB front bumper, blacked rims, and a lift. Pretty sure it has VA plates.

SPOTTED: MD175
Saw a blue X. Lifted, I think an ARB front bumper. Today around 1750ish on Maryland 175. I was in my fronty. Anyone?
