I saw you on 6th St in Dover around 10:45am you were parked on the side of the road near the self storage and flashed your lights at me. I would've flashed my bars at you but I was too busy looking at your rig to get to the switches before I passed lol, I managed to get up a peace sign though!

I wanted to stop and talk, but I was on my way to a client and couldn't be late. I'll be going that way tomorrow too around the same time, so if I see you again I'll definitely be able to stop
