Damn that was a tough run the first 3 miles were fine but the last one took every bit of energy I had left to get through it. I finished at 2:15:44 I plan on knocking off at least 15 minutes the next time around.

I'm not looking for a spectacular time this weekend. Just want to finish without getting hurt. You don't heal as fast when you 40.

I'm also doing the Warrior Dash on Sept 20 CAMP LAURELWOOD

Yeah no injuries was my goal too. Im in shape but im not athletic anymore and im sore as hell today. I think im hooked now and ill have to check that one out as well. There's another one coming up in the fall in NJ but its 10k which might be pushing it.

Unbeknownst to me they added a mile and more obstacles. Still awesome.


Actual map is upside down. This was all up and down hill of a ski slope.
