Yakima. There's a few options. Try REI or rackattack.com
Gooooooooogle!
There's quite a few out there; pretty much all attach to the factory rack

When the board is dry (on the way to the hill) you can just put it in the X's cargo area. On the way back, put it in a carry bag - I'm sure you can find one at a local board shop.
I've been looking into getting one. I justed installed my subs so the boards gotta go up-top. I'll buy one in the summer to have for next winters fun :).
I bought a Yakima Big Powderhound back at the beginning of the season, it monts dirrect to the X's cross bars, with what is in the box, no need to buy anything else cept the locks.
While both Yakima and Thule can mount directly onto the factory cross bars, assuming that the actual racks are relatively close in price, the mounting brackets are cheaper with the Thule. Yakima uses a universal mount ($120 CDN) vs. an X-crossbar specific mount from Thule ($50 CDN).
The Yakima rack comes with the universal mounts. You do not need to purchase anything more to mount it.
