sirius install instructions???

I picked up a factory Sirius kit with antenna today and there aren't any instructions for the install. Does anyone have them? I installed one on our G35 and it was a piece of cake.... I just need to know where to start on the X.

Okay... so how about just the location of the wiring harness to plug in the tuner?? Anyone? The G35 is in the trunk.. is it in the back on the X too?

In the manual this is what it says about the satellite radio antenna & tuner:
SATELLITE RADIO ANTENNA
Removal
1. Lower headlining. Refer to EI-30, "HEADLINING" .
2. Disconnect satellite radio antenna connector.
3. Remove satellite radio antenna nut.
4. Remove satellite radio antenna.
Installation
Installation is in the reverse order of removal.
SATELLITE RADIO TUNER
1. Disconnect battery negative terminal.
2. Disconnect satellite radio tuner connectors.
3. Remove satellite radio tuner screws, and remove satellite radio
tuner.
(There are 4 screws shown in the diagram)

There is also this info:
Satellite Radio Tuner (Pre-wiring)
The satellite radio tuner pre-wiring allows connection of a satellite radio tuner.
Power is supplied at all times
- though 15A fuse [No. 17, located in the fuse block (J/B)]
- to satellite radio tuner pre-wiring terminal 32.
With the ignition switch in the ACC or ON position, power is supplied
- through 10A fuse [No. 4, located in the fuse block (J/B)]
- to satellite radio tuner pre-wiring terminal 36.
Ground is supplied through the case of the satellite radio tuner.
Then audio signals are supplied
- through satellite radio tuner pre-wiring terminals 21, 22, 23 and 24
- to audio unit terminals 41, 42, 43 and 44.

The "Satellite radio tuner (pre-wiring) M41" is located in the area of the lower dash on the left-hand side. M41 is the name of the connector.

I found it earlier.. but it's not named. It's actually in a pretty convenient spot.. much easier than the G35.
SUCCESS! Holy crap that was easy! I mounted a Sirius mini antenna on the dash and ran the wiring through a dash seam.. nice and clean!

Sorry, I know you are new here, but you won't get away with that!
People(you know who you are) are going to say: "we want a detailed how-to, with photos" ;-)

Heh.. Oh I'm not new to this community by any means.. well, new to THENEWX. I used to have a bunch of how to's in the old days for the old X when I maintained the PNWX website. Honestly, it all went so quick that I didn't snap any photos. I can probably snap a couple of pics and highlight applicable areas then stick them on my ghetto comcast site :thumbleft:

I tried to tell him that for anything he does to our truck, I ought to take pictures, and we could do a write up. But does he listen to me? No.... he does stuff while I'm at work. Sheesh. :)
Okay.. I posted a how to in the "how to" section.
