I'm trying to gat a one day subscription to see the service manual and when I click "purchase" I get this message:

"Microsoft VBScript runtime error '800a01a8'

Object required: 'UtilGetShopper(...)'

/nissan/i_util.asp, line 52"

Any ideas on how to overcome this?

yeah, call them and tell them that their programers are idiots!

try using Internet Explorer, make sure you have all the latest updates and even try from another computer, if that doesn't fix it it is more likely a problem with their site not your computer. maybe a down server or corrupted database, who knows
