Looks like I graduated from the waiting list... 2020 is a long ways out but I should be good to go.

I'll have to confirm my passport will be valid in 2020, but if not I'll need to get the new one before then anyway.

Spanish name is Skoog, Juan Skoog.

Maps.
The Baja Almanac series is no longer published.
Copyright holder has died. these were printed on 8 x 17 stock and folded.
Very Good detail and room in the margins for notes and updates.
Copies on the interwebs are expensive.
I have a copy of each and will see about making copies.

Baja Norte

Baja Sur

I have the Chris Haynes Limited Edition version of these two guides if anyone on the trip list wants them. $80 plus shipping. (That should be about $9 flat rate in the US if I remember right.) Cannot make the Mexico trip as I was offered an opportunity to kayak South Georgia Island/Antarctica. Visiting part of the Shackleton route. Will be spending a month in the other south-of-the-border region.

That was the reprint cost by the way. From what I am told they go for a bit more than that on eBay. Will post them there if no interest here.

To be clear, offer is only to those on the trip list.

There is no more wait list.
This thread was posted in August of 2017(16 months ago).
And made into a sticky at the top of the Pacific forum.

The current list of people are IN until they drop out , in which case the list will be smaller than the original 10 rigs.
Current list is 9 rigs.

Put me on the list please.

- Have passport
- Will have HAM by then
- I've got some basic Spanish
- I prefer scotch but can get by with taquilla
- Coming from Martinez in the East Bay
- Probably no passenger but that might change in the next year
- I can carry 10 gallons of extra fuel and a second spare

List has been closed.
Requirement was to have met up and wheeled with current group prior to long trip. 23 days is a long time to spend together if you have never wheeled together before.

I have always wanted to wheel with you, Perhaps on a death valley trip or a Black rock desert trip in the coming year or even a coral hollow trip.

Sé que acordamos tomar una cerveza y tequila para el viaje de cabo san lucas,
pero también traigo esto para cualquiera que prefiera un whisky de vez en cuando.

Por lo menos se nombra correctamente.
