Hey all,
I am replacing my spark plugs soon and was wondering if I should replace anything else while I am in there? I have a 2010 Xterra 4x4 SE with 138k miles and I am not sure if the plugs were replaced. Looking for tips from anyone who has done this project before.
Thanks,
Deckard

There really isn't anything else "while in there".

If your pulling the intake you could choose to change the valve covers - the gaskets will need that eventually anyway. However I am assuming your following the how to hear about doing plugs without taking the manifold off?

Some guys change coils. I never have - I am at 376,000 or so :ROFLMAO:

I took my manifold off, it was much easier and I changed the manifold gaskets because of this. You can clean your throttle body while doing this as well.

Beyond that valve covers is a bigger job and I'd only do it if I found oil leaking or oil on the spark plugs you remove.
