Does anyone know how to remove the grill and honeycomb insert without damaging it? I'd like to paint it but can't figure out how it's fastened in place. Also, I'm expecting a Shrock bumper later this month. Should I just wait until then to tackle this?

Look at the top edge of the grill. Use a flat-blade screwdriver to 'pop up' the center of the plastic 'pins', then lift them out.

Now pull gently at each end of the grill - each end has one 'press fit' fastener, just beside the headlamps. Just pull enough to loosen these.

Now look down to the bottom inside edge of the grill. Easiest to start in the center area, where you can see better. You'll see/feel some flat (horizontal) plastic tabs. Press down on the middle part of the tab, while pulling outwards on the grill. There are four of these tabs.

Now the grill will come off
