When go around sharp curves my slip light comes on as well. I'm also a huge curve hugger.

I just find a big empty parking lot. Turn the truck on and coast in a straight line until they go off, usually 100-150ft

Recently had the VDC and SLP lights come on my 2011 after replacing the clock spring. The SLP turned off on its own, but the VDC light has managed to stay on.

Here's how I reset mine: Point the wheel as straight as you can, turn off engine, start it back up, then drive straight without touching the steering wheel.

Reset the VDC off and SLIP light
I know somewhere in this forum, there are instruction on resetting the VDC off and SLIP light. Does someone have the link or instructions? If memory serves me, turn on engine, keep the steering wheel straight. drive it straight until up to 20mph...then the lights should turn off. Does that...www.thenewx.org

VDC / SLIP Light after Battery Change
I woke up this morning to a dead battery. I replaced the battery, had someone run an electrical diagnonsis, no probs, alternator is OK. I started the truck but the VDC light came on.
