I h e had those on for a month now. I love em. Rides great. I I'd get closer to 2.25" though...ill measure later. I did not need cam bolts fr my alignment. Everything went pretty smooth.

I suggest buying an AAL kit over rear shackles. The leaf springs on your 2005 have probably began to flatten out substantially. Adding a leaf would help reduce your sag while increasing your payload (marginally). I believe most AAL kits give about 1.5-2" of lift.

After you do the AAL kit, check to see how your Xterra sits and see if it sits level or has the amount of rake you desire. You could always get adjustable shackles if you still wanted more lift in the rear.

Your 2005 has adjustable camber bolts. An alignment shop should be able to properly align your Xterra after the lift as long as the bolts aren't seized.
