I can understand that, too bad you can't make it in Jan.kokopop said:No it won't. that is my ride the 1K miles back to NJ.jbc said:Sure it would...kokopop said:Hey I will be down in the area this weekend. However, I don't think the mrs. CRV will hold up.
I know it would make it through prentice cooper without any problems, big fork might be a little harder. My X is stock also, but its an offroad model.Graytshirt said:How rough is this trail? Think my stock S would make it?
Thats what I wanted to hear...Hopefully he will make it then.muzikman said:The only thing the OR model give you that is important is the rear locker.
If a stock OR can make it, the S model can make it.
It's all in the hands of the driver. Even the 2wd X is a very capable vehicle.jbc said:Maybe someone with some offroad experience with a stock S can chime in on its capabilities compared to the offroad.
probably. Hell I am still using my rugged trails off road. They suck now with little tread.Graytshirt said:Think the stock tires would be enough to get me through the trails?
If you get stuck I am sure we have a tow strap with your name on it somewhere.Graytshirt said:Think the stock tires would be enough to get me through the trails?
Try and make it down on Jan 14. for the ride. There will be a meet and greet the night before in Chattanooga and deli sandwiches for everyone who is attending the trail ride for lunch.BGXterra said:Great. I finally found someone close to me for doing some off roading. those trails definitely look like lots of fun
