I just read somewhere that the 08 pathfinder comes with auto up and down controlls for the driver and passenger sides!! Any chance that these can be put in our X's

I would check but im out of the country!!!

Uhhh, i donno.... I guess you could "test drive" a pathfinder (make sure its by yourself and not with a sales person.... then drive it around the corner to your concealed X and quickly swap it out to see if it works!!

LOL... now that is the illegal way... I wouldnt know how to do it the legal way.... maybe see if you can rent one or something.... (not very cost efficient). Or you could possibly check with a dealer to see if the ends of the units plug up to each other.

Couldn't you just buy an additional driver's window switch for an Xterra and replace the passenger window's switch?

Some of the Frontier guys have tried that. No go. The control is not in the switches themselves, but elsewhere.

you can always buy those window rolldown/up alarm module add ons.

if you have an aftermarket alarm, you can wire it up into the aux output. or you can even wire it up to a momentary toggle/rocker switch.
