Ok I have a minor door ding on the side of my Xterra. I read that rubbing some dry ice on it for about 5 minutes gets rid of it. Anyone with any experience fixing dents with this technique. Just want some input before I buy some dry ice and give it a shot.

I had $8000 worth of hail dents taken out of a vehicle a few years ago. I had it done by a pro. I have had no cracked paint or dents pop back. As far as the Dry Ice, I don't know. It may work, it may not, it may burn the paint.

I'll bet that's what mine is! Looks like a giant, flattened out golf ball of a hood! Luckily the Night Armor color hides it pretty well, except when she's all clean and shiny.
