so after getting it all sorted it is back after a little while.

I think it may be due to a leak so ill have to get under there and check again.

not sure what else to do at this point.

Ive got what i think is a good cat, and good primary o2. if i cant find a leak, where should i go next? intake?

has anyone fought with this code before and determined it wasnt the bank 1 exhaust?

what else should i be looking at?

I did figure out how to look at the fuel trims with my obd2 reader. b1s1 and b2s1 one shows 3 and one shows 6 volts or amps or whatever( im not an electrician). could i be bad primary o2 on bank 1? its a denso brand unit put in...

Could be a bad or dirty injector on bank one or carbon build up on valves. Something that affects bank one only.

well, IIRC, I changed the o2 sensor. i also had an exuahst leak on the cat to secondary pipe flange that may have been causing the code. idk but itsgone now and has been for a while now.
