Here is my post from the general Xterra thread. i just thought it would get more responses here. Lifeinthesouth, said that he thinks i installed the spindle upside down, what do you guys think?

I have another question. On the pictures in the write up one of the spacers on the spindle wasnt used. Since it WAS included in the box i got (and on the instructions) i added it. Does this make a difference, and should i remove it.

Here is a pic of mine

Here is a pic of goXJ's (dynamix)

It looks upside down to me and I would change it. It looks like there can and will be alot of stress on it.
I think he meant the spacer was upside down. Which I agree.

Yeah, it's the spindle adapter that you have in between the UCA and the spindle... It should be flipped over so that it goes inside the stock Xterra spindle.
In Greg's pic he has it installed but you just see the top part as the rest is inside the spindle.

let me know if anymore?'s

BFH
Okay, so i figured out what BFH is and yes, that may work!! big freakin hammer :geek:

Eddo, so did you get it out... without seeing and having hands on it's hard to imagine what you have going on now.
nope couldnt get it out. the piece that is stuck seems to be fragile. if i try and hit it, it seems to bend a little. I think im just going to order these pieces from PRG and break them out.

That will give me an excuse to order the radflo coil overs :cheers: :cheers:
i am jealous!
hey if i do order radflo coil overs that means my AC coils with Rancho 9000 shocks (already installed on them) will be up for sale!!

Go to your local autoparts store and borrow an extractor.
