I didnt have to use any special crush washer. just the o ring. no issues and its been a year or so since i fixed it.

So I just did this on my 2006 Xterra Offroad. I used a torque wrench on the combination bolt (36 ft. lbs.). Now it leaks worse than before. Is it the oil cooler? The hoses? Any suggestions?

To be sure.... is it oil or is it coolant? If oil I'd say the gasket has failed between the cooler and the block. If coolant, then one of the hoses is failing.
