Son's car finally died, so he inherits my 10 yr/200K Audi TT. Time for something completely (well, except for 4 driven wheels) different.

Got a used X just over a week ago. So far, so good. Installed a hitch, double DIN stereo (Bluetooth, nav, backup cam), got some wheels and winter tires.

Only downside so far is the fuel economy, I'm used to 28-30 highway. Nissan needs to put a diesel in these.

I have no problem with the plastic interior - it's a truck, and I don't have to take the wife's minivan when the dogs come along. But, the seats suck. Just sayin'.

Put bigger tires, skids, bumpers, a lift, and lights on it and it should help!

Wait.. are you trying to make it better or worse?

Welcome from an Okie
