I was in desperate need of some tires so I decided to order a set of Kumho Road Venture MT71s in 265/75/16. It was a tough choice between these and the Cooper Discoverer STT Pros. I ultimately chose Kumho because my new tires would be replacing a set of their AT51 tires that I have been more than pleased with. I also couldn’t get over how damn good they looked.

I’ve owned them for a week now so I’ve only had the opportunity for one quick trip through the hills of eastern Kentucky. I was extremely pleased with how well they performed though. Even running psi at 39.5 they clawed up the loose rocks and gravel with ease. There wasn’t too much mud where I was at but what I did find they went through with ease. Lowering the psi I know would given even better results.

As far as on road performance goes, I would say it’s very much acceptable and right in line with other mt tires. I’ve had them up to 70+ mph on the mountain parkway and I never felt unsafe or unstable. Overall I’m very pleased with my purchase and would consider them again when the time comes to replace them.

I've had these tires for 5 months and put about 5000 miles on them. They still look new. Ride quality is great for a mud terrain. You won't be disappointed 💪

That’s great to hear! I’m a little under a 1,000 miles with them so far and really happy with them.
