Hey Guys...
My clutch just went at 80k. The dealer in St James wants 1900+tx for parts and labor, including tranny fluid flush (big deal...lol) and assuming the flywheel is still good...it should be. Seems a bit high but i've dealt with their shop before and my experience, quality of work wise, was excellent.
Anyone else think that number's a little high?

Yeah, I heard the centerforce has more surface area. I'll have to ask if they do aftermarket installs. The service writer says he expects the flywheel to be fine and not require any attention...hope thats the case.

I wouldn't care what they say about the flywheel, if i was paying Nissan labor for removing the transmission, it would be worth replacing the flywheel to me. Hopefully they do the JWT flywheel.
