So I've been meaning to change that cabin filter since we've had it 11 years this month.
Figured if any debris it was going to fall in blower motor. What I didn't expect was what sounded like a gumball machine full of nuts emptying into the cavity below.
Read a few discussions here and yes it vibrates like crazy and noisy.
Now going to remove blower so she can go to work in the morning.
Stupid design! Even 1 nut on top of the filter is going to fall in.

Can't say I've ever found anything of size in there.
The blower motor is supposed to be easy to remove, though I haven't done it yet.

I found a charcoal infused cabin filter and a good shot of Lysol on the evaporator area took care of my smell.

Blower motor is in fact easy to remove. I just cleaned my evap coil.

OP pick up some EVAP coil cleaner and deep clean the coil in the cabin.

Follow the instructions on the can and you’ll be smelling just fine in there.
