hey, is that the same hardrock that i used to mtn bike race at in ocala... the one with the motoX track and all?

Yes, it is the same one in Ocala that you are thinking of. To drive from Miami I would definetly make sure they have all areas front and back are opened. The front area was cool. I paid $25 and got there around 10:30am and left around 1:30/2pm. Buy that time I pretty much knew my way around for the most part. Their rock garden wasnt that big I thought, but, what do I know. I will post some random pics of others I took while out there. I would go again for sure,but not sure if i want to pay $40 if I cant get back in the back area where the roller coaster is. I saw a few people that seemed to be over heating and one guy looked to have broke a transmission.

that's awesome... i moved from Gainesville several years ago but still get over there a couple times a year. When i used to race there (7 yrs ago) there was no talk of it being used for 4x4'in so this is great news.Offroad said:Thanks for the info. You post pics with.![]()
I believe they open the whole park for 4x4s the last weekend for the month.

No problem on posting that pic of my truck. I love that pic also and have it as my background on the comp. I took it in Ocala a month or so ago while riding some trails with the guys from SXFC. A couple of them are who I went to Hardrock with.
Yeah, they say they open the whole thing up to vehicles on the last weekdend of the month. But, this was the last weekend of June and the girl working told us they didnt have the back area opened as everyone that worked there except her was on vacation that weekend and couldnt let vehicles back there because no one was there to make sure the bikes didnt stay out and not get run over. And, that they were going to do it this weekend coming up.
And also, thanks guys for all the good comments I appreciate the feedback.
