Grey Duck Fab Front Bumper kits available.

$750 plus shipping

Weld it yourself, instructions will be included.

Made with 1/4" frame mount/bracing and 3/16" outer plating.

Winch ready, lighting ready and includes radiator protection.

I do not have tubing available, so this is just the bumper:

Cutting the grille is not required as the top plate is cut to contour around the OEM grille. The CNC table has a max area of 44 sq in, so the top piece is halved and needs to be welded together and then ground flat. My friend does have plans to increase his table size, but not any time soon.

This is designed for you to bend and install the mounts and then tack the rest of the pieces together. Remove the tacked bumper for final welding.

If you REALLY want tubing, I can work on getting some fabricated but it will add to the price of the front bumper kit. Mounting hardware is not included because it would be cheaper for you to order the bolts instead of me ordering, marking up and shipping them. I can do that for you as well...Just giving you the option to save money first.

Aluminum kits can be cut as well. If you would rather have aluminum over steel, contact me for a quote. The pricing is dependent on the cost of aluminum.

I'm pretty new to the business side of all this stuff so please let me know your questions and I'll respond as soon as possible!

looks good!

Are you saying, from your description...that the end buyer will need to bend heavy steel to finalize the assy or are you saying it comes pre-bent?

Great question!

Yup, it ships as flat plates, but is cut along the bend seams. There are only little tabs of steel holding the pieces in place, so the cut looks like this:
-------------- ---------------------------------------- --------------
The piece^ and this one ^ are the connection points and the dotted line (---------) is cut. I bent the main plate of the winch mount carrier and it was pretty tough, so I suggest taking a cutting wheel and cutting the leftover tab down half way to make the bend easier.
