Hey ya'll I'm Moving to the area and would like to know if you have any recommendations for camping and some light trails. The wife and I are rock climbers so yea, we are all over the RRG area. One of the reasons we are moving :). Last time I was down there we took the X to Muir Valley and the PMRP. Would like to find some areas to bring the dogs and camp\fish that kind of thing.

Cheers.

Welcome from Western KY! Don't know much about off-roading around Lexington, but there are plenty of trails in the LBL area, if you get down this way.

Thanks! I plan on rolling around and exploring the state. Such a beautiful area to be relocating to.

Made it! Wife and I went to Red River Gorge to climb in the PMRP area last week. Xterra made the trip in and out easy. Almost got stuck in a rental car the last time I was down there lol.

Very nice! I'm getting some front and rear recovery points for my Xterra and I'll be ready for the trails. Maybe we can hit some up sometime. I'm in Louisville, maybe an hour away from Lexington. We have Dirty Turtle Off Road park this way off of interstate 71.

Great! I was just at Against the grain brewery the other day. Yea, we should get the X's dirty. I'm in Dallas for a bit doing a internship at a brewery. Be back mid October.
