Replaced the actuator in my 2015 Nissan Xterra. I recently purchased this vehicle and don't recall if it came this way or not. There were no clicking sounds like a blend door actuator might make before it quits. At least not for me. It's possible my blend door might have just been jammed. I couldn't move it before removing the actuator. I might have been able to get away with the old part but I figured I might as well replace it anyways since I had it out and it didn't cost all that much. Old one might have been half shot, who knows.. Total time required was about 20 minutes. Tool required, 5.5 mm or 7/32" wrench to remove three screws. Nissan OEM Part number 27443-ZP00A, or Dorman 604-627
