****** UPDATE ******

We came up with the idea for a roommate list. Finding Some one to bunk with and cut the cost in half. We will have a "confirmed list" and a "available" list. If you are looking to bunk with someone put your name on the "available" list and if you see someone you want to bunk with, contact them and make the arrangements, then add to the "confirmed list". You will be responsible for figuring out who's using their card to book and how you will send each other the money. It will roughly be $30/night per bunk buddies. $60 a person if you would like your own room.

** CONFIRMED ROOMATES **

1. JB/Clifford

** AVAILABLE ROOMATE **

1. b.T.
2. blkbeard

I sure hope some of you guys can make this, especialy the guys that know the Vegas off road areas. I think the Nellis dunes would be good for the ones that want to do a little off roading. I think even stock 4x4's can have fun out there.

Not sure what else are you looking for. But currently thats all the info. I will update as more info is gathered. :)
Sorry, I mean to ask what kind of schedule we can expect, day to day. Probably a bit premature. From the first post I take it that this is the first time this event is being held.

Basically what jboy is getting at is our members are use to well planned out events and what you got here right now is a big MEET-N-GREET. Why would anybody, except locals spend their hard earned money to go to this. We need details. Here are some examples of WELL Planned events that are members have gone to, so you get a idea what we'er talking about;

CANVAZ Xcursion III - Las Vegas, NV - October 18th - 20th;

The National Xterra Meet 2 (nXm2) Official Thread ~ September 20-23, 2012;

Hate to add to the negative nancy crowd, but also seems a bit short. People traveling from afar would probably be looking for a longer event like Moab, which is 7 days (and also in May).

This is not an offroading event, its a Meet for any Nissan owner, Frontier, Titan, Xterra, 370Z, Armada and so on. They want to get a trail planned for the ones that do want to offroad. I agree that they need to get a schedule of time and day for the events and Im sure they will eventually.

I followed the thread on club frontier, a good trail that is 2wd friendly would be bitter springs. Tried to post up but apparently I am not allowed.

Also, I will plan on attending, sounds like a good time and I don't even have to travel far!

Ok I'm die hard off road but hear me out. Last year 105 Nissan Xterra and Frontier owners met in Moab Utah for Gone Moab. You can hike, bike, rafting, camping, sky dive, hot air balloon, visit national parks, and so much more. I would love to take my 370Z (if i owned one) on RT 128 with the twists , turns, and beautiful cliff views. I would love to see Other Nissan owners Armada,Pathfinder, GTR, and Leaf to name a few. I looked at "Nation Wide Meet" with much interest and with the dates so close to Gone, I regret to say i would not attend. All I'm going to say is if you were in Moab the same week as Gone Moab... with the goal that you would meet 100 (give or take)die hard Nissan People. How many people do you expect will attend your event??? Add them together ... ??? I'm going to pass on the face tattoo but after you get yours jump in my Xterra and let's hit a trail!!!!!!

Glad your joining in. Bitter springs might be a bit too far, how about Nellis Dunes? You would know where to go more then any of the ones planning this since they do not live here.

The big drawback to the dunes is that on weekends it can be just packed with people, which I personally dislike. Depending on the schedule at the speedway it may be a huge pain trying to get there as well.

Didnt think about that. I guess if we did the dunes it would have to be on the friday like you guys did, plus we would have to make sure nothing was going on at the track that day.
