VT what do you do in the sports entertainment indus.? i work at the Sun National Bank Center in Trenton, NJ small building...in house ECHL hockey team...misc other crap...i work for opersations and i'm a Zam driver for the team...not trying to hi-jack

I went there for my b-day and wasn't impressed. The ribs were dry and I forgot what else I had, but the whole meal was luke warm at best. That's just when I went and it was packed. Maybe it's better at other times when it's not so busy.

I'll admit they can be hit or miss ... but when they're hit, its damn good. Hill Country is still my favorite in NYC, but Dinosaur is really easy to get to.
