For sale (sold) is a 2008 Xterra Off Road 4x4 edition with 158,230 miles, we are the 2nd owner but have owned it since 2010 and mile 17000-ish. (As most here know) the Xterra is a highly capable vehicle in adverse conditions like trails, mud and snow. The Off Road edition adds additional built in capabilities like Bilstein shocks, rear locker, bigger tires, hill descent control, fog lights and skid plates. The hill decent control is a value on its own, we’ve taken it down snow and ice covered roads with steep grades without issue. This includes the 6 CD Rockford Fosgate audio system with Bluetooth. Tires are the great Michelin Defender LTX m/s (mud and snow) with only 1 years’ use on them, plenty of tread left. Add-ons: front Nissan brush guard, Homelink rearview mirror with external temp sensor, pet barrier (though torn a bit thanks to my pup), AFE air filter and a rear cargo cover.

The vehicle as a whole is in excellent mechanical condition. Everything works without issue. It has been meticulously maintained. Being an older vehicle it has the expected minor paint dings (which have always been touched up asap). Recent maintenance includes: regular oil change (always with Mobil 1), coolant flush, full front brake replacement (calipers, rotors and pads - had a hanging/failing caliper), and full brake fluid flush. Other regular maintenance includes (but not limited to) transmission flush and drivetrain fluid exchanges (4x4 transfer case and both differentials), cabin filter, and belt.

The interior is super clean, there are no tears, marks or major wear points. The seats have always been covered and the floors always with the heavy duty all-weather floor mats (including the rear cargo mat/cover).

We just are in need of a larger vehicle, so sadly we must part with this. Clean title in hand, never been in an accident. I will only accept cash, Venmo or bank cashiers check (where we’re at the bank together to confirm funds are available).
