That's awesome. It's nice to have a shop where you just tell them to "go do it" rather than try to figure out all the crap you need. And looks like they are savvy enough to differentiate between C200 (top) & M226 (bottom)

Yea they’re really good people over there. Originally we went with a standard dual Ujoint shaft and after some research together we upgraded it to the cardan. They fabricated it in house without the need of looking for parts. He makes double cardans for Jeep’s and makes a decent amount of them.

@ Tony2Times : so how did they make the flange that connects to the diff? did they cut it off your existing cv end of your shaft? As mentioned above it looks like they know the flanges vary but after going to their website i wasn't sure which option to pick for a c200 as it wasn't clear to me. keeping this in my pocket for when i need a new shaft. thanks for the write up.

They created a custom shaft for me. They didn’t use my original shaft. Reach out to them on Instagram, they will take care of you and answer your questions.

hell yeah, gonna order one after you verify this fixes your issue ;) tired of the vibration on mine too. Not too bad, but still vibrating a bit.
What's the measurement you have between the slip and the flange? I recon its the same for the OR.

Hell yea it did it’s smooth now. My measurement from flange to tip of spline sticking out past seal was 34 7/8 Inches . My original driveshaft was just under 40 inches .

3", no shims. i did have to rebalance my front shaft last time, it had very high frequency vibration at the front. That was due to loose bolts on the driveshaft, found out a week later, and that threw the shaft out of balance. Also replaced the ujoints and the cv joint for the rear driveshaft, that helped a lil bit but there's still some low freq vibration.

i definitely need to replace the Ujoints on my front drive shaft, 210k miles on them. They’re definitely fried lol.

Curious how this drive shaft worked out as well. Angled straight the diff in line with the transfer case I presume? I've been considering a double cardan drive shaft after having played around with shims and my single cardan setup on either end and still have slight vibes at 30... Should be easy to figure these things out but for the life of me I've been on the struggle bus with figuring out a setup with my 3-4" lift.
