Ok, I'm an idiot about lighting and electricity in general, but I believe I have everything I need to wire up these lights.

8--130W lights, i have 150W bulbs, but i dont know if wiring will handle them (all 8 are not going to be used).

4--30 AMP RELAYS
4--12V RELAYS and ROCKER SWITCHES (on-off style)
4--FUSEHOLDERS

4--50 AMP RELAYS (yes i know i have 30's but they came with it, not sure which to use)

for any confusion on those parts here are the wiring kits i got:

i have pictures of everything if anyone needs clarification..

That's some serious light output you are setting up. If you were to run all the lights with your engine off then your battery would be toast in a half hour or less. It looks like you have all the parts that you'll need. Assuming that you are wiring the lights in pairs then I'd use the 50 amp relays. The 30's should work, but the 50's give you an extra margin of safety.

it was a better deal to get 8 instead of 4....long story....

so i should use the 50W relays for the protection but everything else is set up as long as 2 lights per kit??
